Itinerary
Day 1, Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011 – Depart from New Orleans at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy the sights of the Mighty Mississippi River as we sail into the Gulf.
Day 2, Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 – A day at sea. Check out the flyer delivered to your cabin each day. It contains all the activities for the day & night. Do what you want when you want. Enjoy many of the activities provided aboard the ship. Find yourself in a quiet corner reading a book or gazing at the sea, far away from the workday world. Evening can be spent experiencing the sights & sounds of all kinds of nightspots that light up when the sun goes down.
Day 3, Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011 - Costa Maya, Mexico (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) – Today we dock in Costa Maya, Mexico with acres of unspoiled coastal land, vast natural resources & rich historic & cultural influences. Costa Maya has the largest concentration of Mayan archeological sites & existing Mayan population in Mexico. (Excursions in Costa Maya are optional).
Day 4, Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011 –Belize City, Belize (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) - We dock for the day in Belize. Nestled between Mexico & Guatemala on the Caribbean coast of Central America, Belize is one of the few remaining unspoiled places on earth. Share delicious local dishes, colorful arts and crafts, foot-tapping music, and local traditions. (Excursions in Belize are optional).
Day 5, Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 –Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) - We will be docking at a vacation paradise when we dock at Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras. It is the home of sandy white beaches, amazing tropical jungle-covered hills, a diverse & unique reef system & authentic Caribbean charm. Roatan & the Bay Islands are often called the Caribbean’s best kept secret. (Excursions in Roatan, Bay Islands are optional).
Day 6 , Friday, Jan. 28 , 2011 – Cozumel, Mexico ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) – A world of contemporary pleasures awaits you on the lively resort island of Cozumel, Mexico. Famous for its beautiful beaches, here you can snorkel along coral reefs or shop for great bargains on silver jewelry & colorful Mexican handicrafts. (Excursions in Cozumel are optional).
Day 7, Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011 - Fun day at sea
Day 8, Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011 – Arrive back in New Orleans at 8:00 a.m. with wonderful memories.
