Itenary
Day 1, Tues., Nov. 16 - Branson – Early morning motorcoach from Baton Rouge (5:30 a.m.), Zachary (6:00 a.m.), routing through Natchez (McDonald’s breakfast stop), Ferriday and Rayville) and on to Branson for our 3 night stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel. Check in to our hotel before enjoying our delicious buffet dinner. Attend Grand Jubilee Show and enjoy the quartet “New South”, singing today’s country hits as well as quartet classics. Funny man, Jamie Haage as Jim Dandy & emcee, Mike Patrick will keep you in stitches.
Day 2, Wed., Nov. 17 - Branson – Enjoy your sumptuous breakfast buffet and then morning at leisure. For those desiring we will use the motor coach for shopping and exploring. Depart the hotel at 11:00 a.m. for the Showboat Branson Belle lunch/cruise. Enjoy this great entertainment and a fantastic meal. Entrees include Admiral’s Choice Beef and Grilled Chicken Breast with wild rice and Lemon Berry Torte. Tonight we will enjoy the very popular Andy Williams Christmas Show.
Day 3, Thurs., Nov. 18 - Branson – At 10:00 a.m., we enjoy Christmas with Twelve Irish Tenors. From opera to pop, from Irish folk songs to jazz, these twelve guys sing with perfect harmonies and lilting melodies. Then lunch at Shorty Small’s Restaurant that will include your choice of BBQ Brisket, pulled pork or soup and a sandwich. For dessert you’ll choose between peach cobbler and ice cream. After lunch you may visit/shop at Old Town Branson and the new Branson Landing. An optional visit to the Titanic Museum ($17.00) is available. Our dinner will be at the Gardens Restaurant, with a choice of roast beef au jus or marinated grilled chicken breast. At 7:30 p.m., we attend the Miracle of Christmas at the fabulous Sight & Sound Theater. The Miracle of Christmas is the touching story of kings, angels and the simple, faithful couple used by God. Following the performance we will view Branson’s Christmas lights from our motorcoach.
Day 4, Fri., Nov. 19 – After breakfast we leave Branson and return home around 8:00 p.m.
$50 per person deposit to confirm space. Deposit is refundable until Sept. 15, 2010, when final payment is due.
