Itinerary
Day 1, Tues., Nov. 13 - Branson – Early morning departure from Baton Rouge (5:30 a.m.), Zachary (6:00 a.m.), routing through Natchez (McDonald’s), Ferriday and Rayville and on to Branson for our 3 night stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel. Check in to our hotel. Enjoy our delicious dinner. Attend the wonderful Andy Williams’ Christmas Show – a non-stop production of song and dance performed by Andy and his spectacular cast.
Day 2, Wed., Nov. 14 - Branson – Enjoy your sumptuous breakfast buffet and then morning at leisure. For those desiring we will use the motor coach for shopping and exploring. Perhaps a morning show on your own. Lunch is on your own. Depart our hotel at 1:15 p.m. for the 2:00 p.m. Daniel O’Donnell show, the most in-demand show in Branson. He is Ireland’s top entertainer and male vocalist. Also enjoy his band and Ireland’s top female vocalist, Mary Duff.
At 5:15 p.m. we will have an included dinner at the Plaza View, located atop the Grand Plaza on the 9th floor. Entrees include prime rib, chicken parmesan or golden fried shrimp. Enjoy live music with Kenny Parrott. At 8:00 p.m. we will enjoy “SIX” – a Christmas show. You won’t believe what comes out of these 6 real brother’s mouths – percussion, instruments, harmonies – just six human voices.
Day 3, Thurs., Nov. 15 – Branson – At 10:00 a.m. we enjoy Clay Cooper’s Country Christmas. Enjoy dancin’, singin’, rope-twirlin’ and gun-slingin’ all in one great show. Hear your favorite country songs and Christmas songs too.
At 12:45 p.m. we have an included lunch at Famous Dave’s at Branson Landing Mall. Entrée selections are Georgia chopped pork, sweetwater catfish, roasted chicken or rib lover’s dinner. Then some free time in Branson Landing Mall.
Tonight we attend the popular Christmas show with the Twelve Irish Tenors. This 8:00 p.m. show features 12 harmonizing young men performing some of the greatest music of the 20th century, including Irish, Opera, Pop, Swing and Gospel.
Day 4, Fri., Nov. 16 – After breakfast we leave Branson and return home, arriving around 8:00 p.m.
