AVERY ISLAND –    Avery Island is a salt dome best known as the source of Tabasco sauce.  Located in Iberia Parish it is about three miles inland from Vermilion Bay, which in turn opens onto the Gulf of Mexico.  Join us as we explore the Tabasco Factory and take the Jungle Tour on Avery Island.

MARTINVILLE – Tour the historic town of St. Martinville, which lies on Bayou Teche in St. Martin Parish and the site of the “Evangeline Oak”, featured in Longfellow’s poem about Acadian expulsion.
