Then add in side-splitting comedy, majestic animals, dazzling costumes – the Smoky Mountain Opry has it all.

The funniest show in town.  Enjoy good clean family comedy, magicians, jugglers, live country and gospel music as well as the “World Famous Comedy Barn Canines” and “Arnold the Mind Reading Pig”.


Your Itinerary

Day 1, Mon., Oct. 23 – Chattanooga, Tennessee – Motor coach from Zachary, Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Hammond, Meridian with an overnight in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Day 2, Tues., Oct. 24 – Pigeon Forge –  Morning drive on the spectacular Cherohala Skyway to Cherokee.   Cross the Smoky Mountain National Park, the most visited of our national parks.   Enjoy beautiful vistas of fall color.   Arrive in Pigeon Forge and check into our wonderful hotel, the beautiful Music Road Resort.  Evening dinner & show at “Hatfield and McCoy”.

Day 3, Wed., Oct. 25 – Pigeon Forge – Morning & mid-day for shopping and personal activities.  Our motorcoach will help with this, plus the local trolley.  Leave our hotel at 4:30 p.m. for our 5:00 p.m. “Comedy Barn”.   Then our motorcoach will take us to dinner (on your own).  At 8:00 p.m. we enjoy the included “Smoky Mountain Opry”.

Day 4, Thurs., Oct. 26 – Chattanooga, Tennessee – Morning drive through the beautiful Smoky Mountains National Park with stops along the way.   Lunch on your own in Bryson City, North Carolina.   This afternoon we ride the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad Train (approximately 3 hours).   Departing from Bryson City, North Carolina, we travel along the Little Tennessee and Nantahala Rivers, over the impressive Fontana Lake trestle and into the Nantahala.   We enjoy breathtaking scenery and incredible river views.  Overnight in Chattanooga.

Day 5, Fri., Oct. 27 – Home today, arriving in Baton Rouge at approximately 6:00 p.m.
